Cancellations or Changes
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners' day that could have been filled by another client.
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling or changing an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Please be courteous & contact us if your unable to make it.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. Please be courteous and call or text if you're unable to make your appointment, we a small business NOT a corporation and our time is worth money and if you don't call we are unable to book another client to make up for time lost!
CONSISTENT NO SHOWS WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING!
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Returns of opened products can only be exchanged for similar product if allergic reaction occurred and skin test is preformed BY ONE OF OUR ESTHETICIANS.
Unopened products can be returned within 3 days for store credit ONLY. Please text or email to arrange to do so. If item was shipped via ups or usps customer pays for returns.
Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates. All Sales are final.
I understand and agree that all services and product purchases rendered to me are charged directly to me and that I am personally responsible for payment of services. I further agree in the event of non-payment, cancellation of payment or any payment issues, to bear the cost of collection, and/or the court cost and legal fees, should those be required. I also understand that promotional items have no refund value.
