Can we just talk about tipping for a minute?

WE know it’s an awkward subject, but WE also know that many people are always wondering!

“How much should I tip?”

“Is this expected?”

“What if I don’t want to tip?”

" I need to budget for my services/product, tipping could put self-care out of budget"

All of these questions are valid! Let US just come straight out and tell you that WE NEVER expect gratuity, although it is much appreciated when we do receive it!

The industry standard is 18-25%, same as for if you go to tip at a restaurant or your hairdresser.

Facts:

• We have priced our services to reflect a livable wage and enough to cover our operating expenses.

• We don’t rely on tips for our livelihood, nor do we do any budget or financial planning based upon them.

• Extra tip money allows us to invest into our business, therefore creating an even better experience for you and our other guests.

• We are just so grateful that you’ve chosen to invest in us, and trust us with your self care.
